Nice needs a rebrand! Emma Baines, Tony's Chocolonely's head of creative, did a great LI post about how nice isn't a weakness, it's a leadership advantage.
Hard agree, especially because "nice" is usually only directed to female leaders over male ones. We're running to LI now to check it out!
